8:30 EST – Monday Night Football: Packers at Saints (ESPN)
Young Aaron Rodgers faces off against Saints stalwart Drew Brees – who, coincidentally, is this week’s member of Jeff’s fantasy impact! All I need is 6 points, Breesy. Hook a brother up.
9:30 – Ricky Gervais: Out of England (HBO)
I can’t say I was a very big fan of Gervais’ other specials (including Animals and Fame), and though this special taped at Madison Square Garden is hardly perfect, it hits more often than it misses. If that’s not a ringing endorsement, I don’t know what is.
10:00 – Boston Legal (ABC)
Gotta love themed episodes – it’s a very David E. Kelly Thanksgiving, as the Crane Poole & Schmidt crew gather at Shirley’s house to argue over who gets to have sex with the turkey. (Spoilers: Shatner chugs gravy.)
Late Night
Nicole Kidman used to be married to Tom Cruise. Compared to that, appearing on Letterman tonight should be a breeze. Kanye West also performs. Meanwhile, Leno begs Ron Howard to take off his ballcap, and Hugh Jackman is charming and Australian on Conan. Stewart and Colbert are taking the week off.

8:30 EST – Monday Night Football: Browns at Bills (ESPN)
Apparently there was some scandal or something involving yesterday’s Chargers/Steelers game and point spreads or something or other. All I know is that I already lost my fantasy game for the week, so I will spend the rest of this post/week pouting.
8:30 – How I Met Your Mother (CBS)
So the real question is: which is better, Jamie-Lynn Sigler’s guest spot on Entourage last night, or her guest spot on HIMYM tonight? Or her shoulda-been-Emmy-nominated turn in the Heidi Fleiss TV movie? Answer: none of the above.
9:00 – The Sea Inside (IFC)
Javier Bardem went scary for No Country and sexy for Vicky Cristina – here he goes quadriplegic for The Sea Inside. The feel good movie of the year!
Late Night
Emma Thompson legitimizes acting on Letterman, Kiefer Sutherland delegitimizes it again on Leno, Snoop Dogg abstains from the argument on Conan, David Frost tells Jon he wanted to play himself in Frost/Nixon on the Daily Show, and Colbert doubles down with Tom Brokaw and Malcolm Gladwell.

8:00 – Inside the Actor’s Studio (Bravo)
Dave Chappelle and James Lipton go all Freaky Friday on us and trade places for the series’ 200th episode – Chappelle interviews Lipton to find out what’s really on all those crazy cards.
8:00 – Top Gear (BBC America)
Back to back Top Gears, starting off with the Best Of 06-07 special, followed by Jeremy racing a runner around the London Marathon course during rush hour. I would’ve rather seen it during the marathon itself, but beggars can’t be choosers. OR CAN THEY???
8:30 EST – Monday Night Football: 49ers at Cardinals (ESPN)
That’s right, it’s everyone’s least favorite Monday Night game of the year: San Francisco at Arizona. At least it seems that way to me, a poor west coast Niners fan. Sorry they’re no “Jets,” you eastern seaboard pricks, but they’re the best we’ve got. (Jeff’s fantasy implication: Frank [the tank] Gore.)
Late Night
Ted Turner makes an offer for CBS on Letterman, Martha Stewart offers stock tips on Leno, Andy Richter reapplies for his old job on Conan, and the Daily Show and Colbert are taking a long needed and deserved vacation.
